Services and Digital Products

Since we provide customized services and digital graphic products, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been initiated or the digital product has been delivered.

However, if you experience a technical issue with our digital files (e.g., corrupted files, missing elements), we will re-send or correct the product at no additional charge.
Cancellations (Services)

Booking cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to deductions for administrative charges.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date are non-refundable.
Returns (Physical Products, if applicable)
If we provide printed or physical products (such as photo albums, frames, or graphics prints):

Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product with proof of damage (such as photos).

Eligible returns must be in original packaging and unused condition.
